LEHSUN: Balances vata and kapha in the body. Is antiinflammatory, analgesic, antihelminthic, antimicrobial and is helpful in skin disorders. Helpful in neurological issues, nerve damage or weakness, muscle weakness and general strength of the body. Helpful in digestive impairments bloating, acidity and constipation. Acts as a rejuvenator to the cells and is aphrodisiac in nature too.
AJWAIN: Help balance vata in the body. The anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties of Ajwain help to reduce fever. It also acts as an antifungal, antioxidant, antibacterial, antiparasitic and imparts strength.
